Damian Morgan | Music Industry Consultant & Artist Development

Helping artists, organisations and education build careers, communities and better music ecosystems.

I've spent more than twenty years working where music, education and opportunity meet. Sometimes that means helping an emerging artist build a sustainable career. Sometimes it means designing artist development programmes for universities, councils and cultural organisations. Other times it means bringing people together across cities and countries to create projects that wouldn't otherwise happen.

Throughout my career I've worked with artists including Working Men’s Club, Terry Hall, Mike Joyce, Ibibio Sound Machine and The Orielles, alongside organisations including the Royal Northern College of Music, Liverpool Sound City, SXSW, BBC Introducing and the Greater Manchester Music Commission. Whatever the project, my approach is always the same: practical, honest advice rooted in real experience and a genuine belief that music changes lives.

If you're looking for someone who understands both the creative and commercial sides of the industry, you're in the right place.
